Join me on the last Thursday night of each month to explore true self-care as we build a foundation of self-compassion and resilience. The format of the class will include some meditation, journal prompting on the top of the month and optional sharing. Movement will be minimal and restorative. My intention for this class is to facilitate connection - with ourselves and each other - and a sense of calm resilience to help us through whatever is happening in our lives. Note: this is NOT just for moms! Everyone is welcome.
